We typically complete inspections within 1-2 business days after your order, depending on scheduling availability. We operate Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Central time. While we strive for next-day completion when possible, timing depends on factors like the seller's availability and weather conditions. Weekend inspections are not available. For the best chance at quick scheduling, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.

When you book an inspection, we'll place a temporary authorization hold on your payment method to secure your order. Your card will only be charged once an inspector accepts your inspection request. If no inspector is available in your area, the authorization hold will be automatically released and you won't be charged. This ensures you only pay when we can fulfill your inspection order.
You'll need to provide the vehicle's location, seller's contact information, and any specific concerns you'd like the inspector to address.
After the inspection is completed, you'll receive a detailed digital report via email, including photos and recommendations.
